  1. We respect the provisions of the Regulation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (...) (hereinafter: "GDPR").

 

2. The administrator of your personal data (if we have such data) is the company

   CanTest IT  sp. z oo, and contact with him is possible via

  • a) contact form on the website www.cantest.it (if implemented),

  • b) e-mail address: rodo@cantest.it;

  • c) to the address of the registered office (ul. Rybałtów 12 / 46B, Warsaw).

3. We have not appointed a personal data protection officer. CanTest IT sp. Z oo no          conducts operations on personal data on a large scale, as referred to in art. 37 of the GDPR and is not      any of the entities indicated in this provision, and which would be obliged to appoint a data inspector   personal. If there is any change in this respect and for your (or our) sake         we will appoint a personal data protection officer - we will inform you about it immediately,         providing contact details to such an inspector.

4. We collect and process your personal data only if:

  • a) you have provided them to us yourself (e.g. in the contact form, in e-mail correspondence, by sending us a business card, etc.),

  • b) they were provided to us by our contractor on the basis of a contract for entrusting data processing      personal.

5.  We do not process specific personal data referred to in art. 9 and 10 of the GDPR. Means,     that we do not collect information about your sexual orientation, political views, or previous views     convictions and other sensitive data. Please do not provide us with such data, because      they will be deleted, including messages containing such data will be deleted.

6.  If you have reached this point, you are probably interested in the purpose for which we process yours   personal data? The answer is simple: we process your personal data because:

  • a) we want to conclude a contract with you or present our offer, and you have previously agreed to this      agreement,

  • b) we want to perform a contract to which you are a party,

  • c) we have performed the contract concluded with you, and your data is needed for billing purposes

  • d) (e.g. visible on a VAT invoice) or reporting,

  • e) we have performed a contract with a third party and your data is needed to prove it        fulfillment of the benefit by us (e.g. you participated in a training organized by us and     we need to provide the list of participants to the entity financing them),

  • f) we want to reply to your e-mail or your inquiry from the contact form,

  • g) the obligation to process data results from our tax obligations and

reporting,

  • h) administration of servers.

7.  In certain circumstances, we transfer your personal data to other entities. The recipients are:

  • a) our contractors for whom we are looking for associates or employees,

  • b) our contractors for whom we provide services,

  • c) your contractors with whom we have established cooperation by providing services to you,

  • d) public entities, if the right to receive such data results from the provisions of general law     applicable.

In all these cases, the transfer of your personal data to a third party results from your prior consent or from legal provisions.

8.  If we process your personal data, you have many rights:

  • a) you can submit a request to access your personal data. If such a request       you will present - we will tell you which data we have, what operations we have performed     on your data,

  • b) you can request the rectification of your personal data,

  • c) you can request the removal of your data from our collections or the restriction of their processing,

  • d) you can object to the processing of your data by us,

  • e) you can lodge a complaint against us with the supervisory authority.

9.  Complaint to the supervisory authority? Before writing, please try to clarify the matter with us first. And if   you are already submitting it, the supervisory body is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, and the complaint     you can bring on us:

  • a) in writing: Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw,

  • b) by e-mail: kancelaria@uodo.gov.pl ,

  • c) via the electronic inbox on the ePUAP platform: / UODO / SkrytkaESP.

10. Are you wondering whether it is obligatory to provide us with your personal data? Not. Personal data     you provide us voluntarily. However, if you do not provide them to us, then we will not conclude a contract with you,      or we will not be able to provide you with the service requested from us. Sometimes not       we will even be able to answer your questions.

11. Period of personal data storage: This is probably the most difficult question:

  • a) if we have entered into a contract with you or provided you with a service, it will be      until the claims under this contract are time-barred, and for a period up to       the moment of limitation of the legal and tax obligations resulting from this agreement. So not shorter     than 5 years from the end of the year,

  • b) if we correspond regarding our or your offer: for the duration of the negotiations in   on the conclusion of the contract (and once we have concluded it - see letter a),

  • c) if we provide services to you, e.g. by looking for contractors for you: by      time of providing services and limitation of legal and tax obligations,

  • d) if you just submitted your CV to our database: for 5 years or as requested   delete your data.

12. Whenever this policy uses "we" or any other form referring to "us": who are we?      CanTest IT sp. Z oo and:

  • a) its management board: the current composition of the management board is available on the website of the Ministry of Justice         (ems.ms.gov.pl),

  • b) its employees (if we employ them),

  • c) its associates (that is, persons providing services to us or employees of such      people who came into possession of your personal data on the basis of a contract concluded with us      entrusting this data)

Cookies policy ("cookies")

 

The website uses the "cookies" method.

1. "Cookies" are IT data, text files, stored in devices and intended for use from websites. These files make it possible to recognize the user's device and display a website adapted to his individual expectations. The default pointers of cookies allow the information contained in them to be read only by the server that created them. Cookies usually contain the name of the website, storage time on the final device and a unique number.

 

2. "Cookies" are used to adapt the content of websites to the user's expectations and to optimize the use of websites. They are also used to create anonymous, aggregated statistics that help to understand how the User uses websites, which allows optimization of their structure and content, excluding personal identification of the User.

3. Types of "cookies":

  • Temporary session cookies are stored in the browser only for the duration of the session until you exit the page.

  • Persistent cookies remain in the browser after the session ends (unless deleted).

  • Analytical cookies aggregate information about the use of a given website, such as the pages visited by a given user and any error messages; do not collect        personally identifiable information, and collected  the data is aggregated in such a way that it becomes anonymous. Analytical cookies  they are used to improve performance      site.

  • Functional cookies allow the website to remember any choices you make on the pages (such as changing the font size, customizing the page, and enabling services such as adding comments on someone's blog.

 

4. The software used to display websites by default allows the placement of "cookies" on the device. These settings can be changed in such a way as to block the use of "cookies" in the web browser settings or inform about their every transfer to the user's device. Detailed information on the possibilities and methods of handling cookies is available in the software (web browser) settings. Restricting the use of "cookies" may affect some of the functionalities available on the website.
